The AIA Strategic Council's Digital Architecture group is poised to advance one resolution to the AIA Board in 2025, according to Councilor Leap Chear, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB. That resolution will focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in the architecture profession.

Leap, who represents South Dakota on the Council, reports that study groups across multiple fronts are crafting specific initiatives. The AI resolution most offers opportunities for cross-collaboration most closely with three other groups: Resilient Practice Models, Climate Responsive Design, and Connected Communities.
