Welcome to the exhibit hall at the 2025 AIA South Dakota Annual Convention, set for Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, 1201 N. West Ave., Sioux Falls.

You’ll enjoy interacting with architects and design professionals from across South Dakota and the region during nearly five dedicated hours of Exhibit Hall time and approximately three hours of social time. As an exhibitor, you are a welcome guest at lunch and a featured guest for the Exhibitor Party on the evening of Sept. 11. The exhibit hours are 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Your 10 x 10 vendor space will include pipe and drape and be equipped with the following: 

• One (1) 8-foot table
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) wastebasket

You can begin your booth setup anytime after 7 a.m., and we will deliver a packet with your badges and Exhibitor Bingo Plus daubers to your booth. You can also check in with us at the registration table just outside the hall.

Remember to book your electricity directly through
the Sioux Falls Convention Center

Your 10 x 10 vendor booth includes pipe and drape and will be equipped with one 8-foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket. If you need electricity or any other additional items, please make sure to go through the Sioux Falls Convention Center. For details, download the Convention Center's Exhibitor Letter from here. To place your order, please complete and return the order form to the convention center's Exhibitor Services Department at ExhibitorServices@premier-center.com.

Please bring in your booth setup materials via the North Load-In/Out Area (just across from Howard Wood Field and Lot E), marked "Ballroom Overhead Door" on the map below. (You'll also use the North Load-In/Out Area for load out.)

You will not be able to tear down your booth before 5 p.m. (when the hall officially closes) ...
