    Rapid City, SD – March 21, 2024

TSP, Inc., a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and planning firm, is pleased to announce the temporary relocation of its Rapid City office. The temporary move is a first step as TSP prepares to relocate to a new office, which will build upon the firm’s more than 50-year commitment to the Black Hills region.

The investment in a new office will help TSP continue its legacy of providing exceptional customer service for a growing client base and maintaining a dynamic work environment.

“The new office will enhance the creativity and cohesiveness of our experienced team,” said Mark Averett, TSP principal and Rapid City office leader. “The office design promotes modern technology and collaborative spaces to encourage innovation. I think these factors will contribute to our continued success.”

Effective April 1, and until construction is completed on the new office, TSP will temporarily move to 677 Cathedral Drive, Suite 302 in Rapid City. All phone numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged during the transition period.

TSP’s permanent office building will be in the Skyline Pines East Subdivision on East Fairmont Boulevard. The 5,600-square-foot office will be just west of the main Monument Health campus and will be visible from Mount Rushmore Road. Construction is expected to be completed in late 2024.
