Here’s what you’ll need:
- Set up/organize project files and drawing sheets of assigned architectural projects.
- Collaborate with the Project Architect and lead the modeling/drafting of floor plans, exterior building elevations, sections, and details for construction documents.
- Collaborate with technical team members to continuously improve our internal processes for producing high quality construction documents.
- Coordinate project related drawing information with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineers.
- Identify and communicate problem areas to the Project Architect where conflicts in design arise.
- Generate complete and accurate construction documents that uphold the drafting design standards of Architecture Incorporated.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree related to architectural and/or construction technology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of building codes and their proper application.
- Technical knowledge of building construction practices.
- Must have advanced Revit architecture skills and experience.
