AcV2 architecture is a woman and minority-owned full-service collaborative design practice in Rapid City that specializes in adaptively reusing and renovating buildings (commercial and residential) and creating infill solutions that catalyze smart growth and renewal. Patri was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and holds a BS in Environmental Design from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in San Juan, PR, and a Master of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She began her business in Rapid City in 2010 and is licensed to practice architecture in the states of South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Montana and Wyoming.
